ADELAIDE HILLS FARMERS MARKET
The Adelaide Hills Farmers Market (AHFM) is held every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm at TAFE car cark, 3 Dumas Street, Mt Barker.

The market offers a range of green and field vegetables, herbs, fruit, nuts, seeds and any product that can be grown or is made from primary products. Customers can also buy fresh produce, flowers, plants, bread, eggs, meat and smallgoods, wine, juices, jams, condiments and chutneys, fresh pasta, olive oil and honey and anything else that is either grown or produced in the region.

ADELAIDE HILLS PETANQUE CLUB INC.
The Adelaide Hills Pétanque Club is an affiliate member of the SA Pétanque League, with two members attending League meetings and currently fourteen people competing in League matches. We participate in the League’s annual calendar of events, and League days in the hills are always enjoyed by League members from other clubs.
The activities of the Club are still expanding, not just within the Club itself, but also into the community. We have on several occasions held pétanque workshops at primary schools in the surrounding area; and the Wednesday night and, more recently, Friday night competitions are a popular community activity enjoyed by many local residents who are not members of the Club. Visitors are always very welcome, and Club boules are available for the use of anyone who wants to become familiar with the game before committing themselves to outlaying funds on their own equipment. Paid-up members now number nearly fifty, and with an active committee the club has grown into a prosperous organisation whose members appreciate and enjoy the atmosphere of friendliness and camaraderie which surrounds all games and the social functions which the Club holds throughout the year.
